Digital rebrand: Social media creation or updates, website editing / optimization, social media optimization, market analysis, marketing campaign consultation, creation and execution (additional funds required for ad purchase on various platforms).

INCORPORATION
Articles of Incorporation, State Filing, EIN (Federal employer ID number for tax purposes), Bylaws and corporate structure consultation.
CORPORATE BYLAWS
Create the Bylaws for a corporation based on client desires in accordance with the laws, codes and ordinances of the client’s jurisdictions.
BUSINESS PLAN
Company structure / summary, market analysis, implementation strategy, management summary and financial plan.
WEBSITE CONSTRUCTION
URL attainment, website design and construction. (Additional fees required to write code for the website).
WEEKLY SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Posting 3 posts weekly (customer must provide content) on 3 or less social media platforms and one post weekly on website (weekly updates).

Trust consultation, design and registering services.
